AHSG Year in Review: 2022

As we reflect on 2022, we want to take a moment to highlight some of the amazing milestones we achieved over the past 12 months.

January

We kicked off the year by winning the Energage Culture Excellence Professional Development Award, which recognized our commitment to investing in our team members and helping them grow both personally and professionally.

February

Our CEO, Mark Smith, was named in Staffing Industry Analysts' (SIA) 2022 Staffing 100 list, which recognizes the most influential people in the staffing industry. We were honored to see our leader recognized in this way.

March

In March, we were named on the 2021 Gallagher Best-in-Class Employer List, which recognizes companies that provide a positive and supportive work environment for their team members.

April

Our world-class MSP team at AHSA received the Clearly Rated Best of Staffing Client Satisfaction award, which is given to firms that have consistently received high satisfaction ratings from their clients. This recognition was a testament to our team’s commitment to providing outstanding service to their clients.

May

May was a month of recognition and appreciation for our team and nurses. We were honored to be listed on SIA's Best Staffing Firms to Work For and took the opportunity during Nurses Week to show our gratitude for our dedicated nursing staff by giving out over 1,000 Lumify lights.

June

In June, AHS Staffing received the Clearly Rated Best of Staffing Talent Satisfaction award, which recognizes a company’s commitment to providing a positive and supportive work environment for our team members.

July

We were thrilled to see our travel nursing division, AHS NurseStat, listed as #2 in the nation on BluePipes, a top resource for travel nurses, jumping from #6 in the nation in 2020.

August

August was a big month for us, as we ranked #22 on SIA's Largest Travel Nurse Healthcare Staffing Firm US and #30 on SIA's Largest Healthcare Staffing Firms US lists.

September

Our team had a busy month in September, with the launch of our Lessons Led Podcast and a ranking of #120 on SIA's Largest Staffing Firm List.

October

In October, we were honored to receive the Energage Culture Excellence Employee Appreciation and Energage Culture Excellence Employee Well-Being awards, which recognize our commitment to taking care of our team members.

November

In November, we were proud to be placed in the Top 10 for the Dallas Morning News' Mid-Sized Top Places to Work in the DFW area.

December

December was a great month for us, as we were honored to be placed #1 in the Oklahoman's Mid-Sized Top Places to Work in Oklahoma list.

As we bid farewell to 2022 and look forward to the new year, we are proud of the many accomplishments and milestones achieved by Team AHSG.
