You’ve got:
- 4+ years of paralegal, contract specialist, or similar experience
- Focus on organization, details, and follow-through
- Ability to review and interpret legal jargon, such as contracts, insurance certificates, and statutes
- Excellent writing skills
A day in the life:
- Analyze contracts and advise in-house counsel on risks and irregularities
- Review insurance requirements of business partners and insurance certificates of vendors
- Research laws and regulations that affect business operations
- Draft legal correspondences, notices, and other communications
- Assist in the development of contract templates that support organizational goals
- Track and report on contract status, including contract execution, termination dates, renewals, and other relevant contract terms
- Any other duties needed to help drive our vision, fulfill our mission, and abide by our values
