We are looking for a talented, self-motivated, and experienced IT Specialist to support our rapidly growing portfolio of healthcare staffing companies. In this role, you will work directly with the Manager of IT Infrastructure and Security to design and implement our corporate IT strategy and support four different business lines across offices in Oklahoma, Texas, Michigan, and Oregon. You will need to be comfortable at managing and maintaining Microsoft Office 365 and Azure environments.
Responsibilities:
- Provide end-user support with the goal of single-touch completion.
- Support technical infrastructure including O365, Azure resources, individual endpoints, etc.
- Participate in the sustainment and configuration of the system installations, updates, and patching
- Executive support – 24/7/365 white glove service with the goal of single-touch completion.
- Various special projects such as new office buildouts, office reconfigurations, etc.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Associate or bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred
- 3+ years’ experience in IT Operations
- Skilled in Microsoft Office 365 administration and Azure
- Experience with Microsoft Intune
- Experience with deskside support
- Must possess excellent, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills required to provide leadership, customer service, and draft written correspondence
- High attention to detail
- Exceptional problem-solving skills

- Team oriented
- Physically able to manually move, lift, and carry computer equipment and to meet physical requirements associated with providing technical support for IT systems
