A Day in the Life:
- Ensures the onboarding process meets all requirements and adheres to all compliance regulations
- Identify potential onboarding issues or concerns
- Researches, provide clarification, and facilities problem resolutions with issues that are identified
- Provides prompt customer service, guidance, and troubleshooting to candidates to ensure an outstanding experience
- Working closely with your partnered Executive Recruiter on the candidate process
- Communicating any issues to management or department when issues arise with the onboarding process
- And... Any other duties needed to help drive to our vision, fulfill our mission, and abide by our values.
