- Minimum 3 years of experience in executive
- staffing industry

A Day in the Life:
- Protectively develop, grow and maintain a network of external prospects
- Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable and positive relationships
- Strategics and pursue referrals from industry networks and/or internal referrals.
- Articulate value proposition for clients who are interested in our service.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and key personnel within customer companies.
- Alerting the sales/recruitment team opportunities.
- Working closely with Account Managers, Recruitment team, and Operations team
- And... Any other duties needed to help drive to our vision, fulfill our mission, and abide by our values.
