The Inside Sales Representative position at AHSG is a Marketing-centered role that supports both the lead-generation and qualification efforts of Marketing while additionally supports the goal of Business Development to have a pipeline of qualified, inbound leads. The ISR will qualify every inbound lead received through Marketing in an introductory discovery call and will appropriately pass along the qualified lead to the proper representative of Business Development. The ISR will be expected to maintain customer records within Hubspot as leads provide information.

The ISR will be primarily responsible for securing appointments for BD representatives and will have full use of Marketing tools and platforms to achieve the goals set by leadership.

The ISR will be required to meet metrics set by Marketing and BD leadership in order to support the growth goals of the BD team.


  • Scheduling initial prospect appointments from a list of leads, and additionally, sourcing new leads from a variety of sources (email, phone call, etc)
  • Working with Marketing and Business Development to manage sales campaigns to include emails, social posts and calls
  • Reports to Marketing Manager and is a part of the Marketing team
  • Qualifies leads of all types (inbound, cold call, third party, etc)
  • Utilizes Hubspot as main database for inbound contacts
  • Experience maintaining and updating lead lists
  • Other general marketing duties as directed

  • Ability to engage prospects, build rapport and overcome objections
  • Goal Driven
  • Excellent follow up skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent Inside Sales Rep Exp.
  • 2 years experience in related field
