AHSG is a tech-enabled company that has been built with a focus on data and analytics as a driving part
of its culture. You will join us as our expert in gathering, integrating, and designing data. This will include
creating reliable extraction processes, knowing how processes interact to integrate into our cloud
database, and keeping up with industry best practices and tools. We are looking to continue building on
our strong foundation, maintaining a balance of solid practices while being flexible enough to allow the
company to pivot quickly.
Our current technology stack includes Azure, Snowflake, Fivetran, dbt, Power BI, and Power Query. This
position will play a significant role in determining future changes to the stack and the design of our
database.

Qualifications:
*2+ years of experience building data pipelines and managing relational databases.
*Excellent SQL and data analysis skills with a strong preference for writing clean code.
*Experience with dbt. Experience with Snowflake and Azure DevOps a plus.
*Experience building data objects designed for analytics and BI use cases.
*Able to think beyond the technical steps and determine whether the directions provided are
appropriate, asking clarifying questions or seeking help as needed.
*Finance domain knowledge a plus.
Responsibilities:
*Be the expert on our data extraction, storage, and transformation tools and processes.
*Meet with departments to determine their potential data sources.
*Build data pipelines, including testing results for accuracy.
*Recommend and maintain consistent design and naming practices across tables and reports.
*Assist in managing our Snowflake and dbt setup, including security and permissions.
*Develop data solutions enabling the organization to measure and monitor data quality.
*Improve database and pipeline performance through optimization and monitoring.
