Duties and Responsibilities:
•Monitor assignments for any missing confirmations or confirmations needing to be updated.
•Check status of upcoming assignments and manage assignment date changes, cancellations and reporting for all changes.
•Upload start instructions into the system.
•Pull confirmations from client websites and upload them into the system.
•Reach out to CSM or BD for billing information for new accounts.
•Help with uploading account documents for new accounts.
•Pull a new account report daily to ensure all accounts are updated with commission assignments and any missing information.
•And... Any other duties needed to help drive to our vision, fulfill our mission, and abide by our values
